Connect Not Showing Activities

My connect account will not display my activities for some reason. Error message via activities tab says "there was an internal error while searching for activities"

When latest activities selected through the calendar window error message says "failed to fetch model for overlayview"

This is the same on my mobile app (Apple), via my tablet (Apple) through the web page and via a desktop computer (windows) through the web page.

Anyone else had this problem and if so how can I fix? Or is it something garmin support need to resolve on my account?

    Have same problem... previously would not allow access to activities, but now a slight change in situation as now when I do click on a previous activity map defaults to Kansas City and does not show my route if i scroll map to correct location.
