Time or Moving Time - Avg Pace or Avg Moving Pace?

When I title my Activities I always label them based on the data given in the first block top right!

Example:

12.15 km - 01:00:01 - HR: 133 - 73% - 4:56 min/km "Link to Activity"

when I look to the Stats, Time and Moving time can be very different and therefore Pace too! "I fully understand Elapsed time"

So which data is correct when labeling my activities:

Time and Avg Pace

or

Moving Time and Avg Moving Pace?

May sound like a bone question but I have connections using different methods for labeling there activities!

P.S Strava takes the same information displayed in the top right block!

    From Garmin's FAQ

"Garmin Connect processes the data of an activity in many ways to help you fully evaluate your activity data.

Below are the more in depth descriptions of various time and pace/speed fields:

Moving Time: includes only the time you were moving
Time: includes time moving and time not moving (if Auto Pause is off)
Elapsed Time: includes time between when timer is started, stopped, and reset (includes Auto Pause or manual stoppage of the timer)

Average Pace/Speed: Pace or Speed for entire duration of an activity
Moving Pace/Speed: Pace or Speed that only includes time spent moving (does not include Auto Pause)
Best Pace/Speed: Best Pace or Speed throughout the duration of an activity.

Being aware of the differences between the various timing fields will assist you in utilizing them fully in evaluating your training."

    Hi Martin,

I thinks that more relevant informations about your training are related to MOVING time, pace .... Unfortunately, Garmin removed feature, that offered option to display moving time. It now shows "wronly" only data related to total time, without possibily to change that. That very unfortunated.
    there is post about that

    https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?339300-Activities-center-displaying-total-time-insted-of-moving&p=781832#post781832

My experience is that each service Strava, runtastic, polar, endomondo, ride with gps, uses their own algorithm to get exact moving time, so its why they can slightly differ, but all of them are based on MOVING data, unlike xxx Garmin Connect.
