Does anyone have problems not being able to sync? Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I have tried everything.

    This is an ongoing problem and there have been numerous threads about it. If you're using a mobile device, you can try killing the app and restarting, turning blue tooth off and on,rebooting your device and variations on these. All seem hit or miss. Call garmin customer support. Maybe with enough pressure they'll put more emphasis on getting the software right and less on pumping out new devices every few months.
