My wife just got a Garmin vivosmart four days ago and we synced it up to her iPhone 6 and it was working fine until yesterday and now it just shows a solid line on her watch. Nothing I can do will get rid of the solid lit up line. It won't sync anymore and won't allow me to do anything on her watch at all. Is there some way of fixing this or is it a defective unit? Thanks
I assume you tried to turn it on and off and tried connectiing to Garmin connect with usb on computer. Sounds like a defective unit. Try calling Garmin product support. they'll try to talk you through some steps. If that doesn't work, They'll replace it.
