Uploading data problems

Ok so i'm not the best at uploading my data regularly last time i uploaded was 20/11/2015 but when i tried to upload last night it took 1hr 24 mins but only uploaded the data of one run 2/1/2016. Only problem is now all the data has been wiped from the watch back to 4/9/2015 so have i lost all the data of my december runs, late november and new years day runs. I cant sem to find any files on my computer.

  • If you connect your 910XT to your computer you should see all your activity files stored in a folder on the watch although it may have deleted the oldest activities due to space limitations. However, you should be able to import the files that are there (one by one, unfortunately) into Connect.

    On the other hand, it occurred to me that maybe your first sync did work. There is a delay between the time you sync something and it appears in reports. Since you were doing a lot at one time, it also could take a while. It certainly took long enough to include everything.

    I suggest you check back with Connect after a few hours. Who knows? Maybe your activities will magically be there.

    Missing step data after sync on Fenix3.

    My (two separate) hiking activities synced for on a single day (on a Fenix3), but none of the step data - either for these activities or logged outside of the activities sync'd - is there something I can do to recover the step data (over 33K steps).
