A friend and I both keep our rides on Connect. I'd like to extract ride distance, time, avg power, avg heart rate, and elevation gain and load this data into a spreadsheet.
I saw "Export to CSV", and I tried it. I think it extracted all 20 rides on the page where I selected the option. I probably only need the latest ride, since I usually update the spreadsheet daily.
I can look at my friend's rides, but I don't think I can get to her Activity page. How can I automate grabbing her data?
