Disconnecting other services/webpages (e.g. strava and similar)

Is there a easy way to disconnect garmin connect from currently allowed webpages or services so they can't pull activities out of connect anymore?
My account is already connected to a training planer website but i can't find a list or anything like this within connect and so didn't find a way to disconnect from services or webpages either. I took strava as an example as this is well known. I didn't connect strava yet as i will make sure i can easily disconnect from it before.

Removing connection is hard to find!

I think I've found how to do this after hunting around the Connect and Strava websites.

    In Garmin Connect:

    Settings>Account Info>

If you have any connected services (e.g. Strava) they will appear at the bottom of this page and you click the "remove permission" link.

Spent too long looking for this - need to make it more obvious, Garmin.

I've removed the auto-sync because of frustration using the auto upload. I use a Vivosmart and it loads indoor turbo / spin bike sessions as "morning run" straight to Strava. I keep getting abuse from my friends on Strava for my 29min / mile running pace!

Hope that's helpful / convinces you not to use the auto-upload.
