Leaderboard - showing as locked & private since early Nov 2015

I upload all my activities as private but then unlock some of the more interesting ones for connections to see.

- Up until about the start of November, the Leaderboard showed the total mileage for my publicly shared activities. It excluded any private ones from the total.
- Now I'm shown at the bottom of the leaderboard with a padlock even though the majority of my activities can be seen by connections.

Why has this changed?

I cannot be seen on my Connections Leaderboard; it state that I still have activities locked. Every activity I have uploaded is unlocked and my entire profile is visible to everybody. I have dumped the IE cache and restarted my session. I still cannot join a leaderboard. What gives?

same problem here. Sometimes some activities make their way to the leaderboard others won't. Can't see any specific rule behind it :/
