Couple of problems with my Garmin Connect acct.

ok I could use a little help here because I'm new. I got a Garmin 520 for xmas and I use strava for cycling when I tried to connect the 2 it does not work. Strava says my acct. is connected to garmin but garmin does not confirm that in their app. Second issue is that I cannot get Garmin Express to Install on my computer it downloads fine but the install will not work. And final issue is how do I get the Strava 3 month free trial. Thank guys for your help.
If Strava says it's connected, in Connect on the web, go to the Head and shoulders icon - Settings - Account information and check Applications at the bottom of the page. Strava should be listed there.
I personally also set up strava as a custom notification in the android mobile app so when a transfer was completed, I would get a notification on my watch.
I use the free version of strava. I would think a free trial should be promoted by a Strava email.
