Not all dowloaded apps in connect are visible on Fenix 3

I just got a Fenix 3 and Garmin heart rate monitor.

1. I've loaded some apps that say they they are compatible with Fenix 3 via my MacBook . All the apps are all listed in Garmin Express (even with filter "On your device").
2. Synced with device (many times by now).
3. When I go to the Fenix 3 and select apps or Settings/Apps only a few of the dowloaded apps show.
4. I expected all of them to show up.
5. Also did a restart for good measure.

Am I missing a step?

NVM answered my own questions

1. Download the app(s). They will not show in the app list on your Fenix 3 (this is hat got me)
2. Go to an existing app or create a new one.
3. Go to Settings/Apps/ select the app
4. navigate to layout and click up or down till you see 1 field, select 1 field.
5. Select to populate the data fields with "connect IQ fields"
6. Select Heart Rate in Zone, Heart Rate w. Time in Zone etc.
