Creating Drill Workout

Is it possible to create a workout in Garmin Connect that will show me the name of each drill? I would like the workout to flow something like this:

1. 15 minute warm up at easy pace
2. a few striders (hit lap button when finished)
3. drill #1 - have the watch (Forerunner 230 in my case) show the name of that particular drill
4. repeat for number of drills, pressing lap button to do next (or possibly automatic if drills are a set amount of time)
5. 15 minute cool down

Can this be done? Are workouts like this already created and available to download?
