Garmin Ant+ mUSB won't work

Hi all,

I recently bought a new Garmin Ant+ mUSB stick. When trying to add it in my Garmin Express software, it won't connect on my Macbook (OS: El Capitan - which is a betaversion OS so I can imagine Garmin won't support this yet) but als won't connect on my Windows laptop (OS: Win 7 Pro SP 1). I also tried the Garmin Ant Agent Software (quite the quest to find that btw) but with no result.

Something I'm missing here or could it be I just got a faulty product?

I.m not sure how a Garmin Ant+ mUSB is different from a Garmin Ant+ USB but I can tell you that the latter works with El Capitain 10.11.2.

Once Garmin Express is installed and the Ant stick is plugged in, it should auto detect your device (forerunner/edge whatever). You can also open Garmin Express and select "Add a device"
