Garmin Express & Windows 10

Hi,

I have an existing account and previous access to my dashboard has been fine. However, after uploading Garmin Express onto a new laptop with Windows 10 I get the following message "You do not have sufficient privileges to view the activity with id 991550438". Any ideas?

Cheers

In addition to my initial post

After a significant amount of rebooting, removing and reloading I now have access to Garmin Connect and my profile saves. However when I try to 'send a course to my device' (Edge 800) I get the following message ........... "Garmin Communicator Plugin NOT detected. Download and install now". The real pain is when I go to install the communicator plugin the message informs me "Edge No Longer Supports this Plugin. The page you are trying to access no longer works with this web browser. To help, Garmin has created a secure shortcut to open the Internet Explorer web browser on your computer and take you safely to the Garmin.com page you need." WTF !!!!! HOW DO I GET A FIX TO THIS ??? I am operating windows 10 by the way.
