Garmin and My Fitness Pal are not communicating again. Exercise is not showing up in MFP, and weight and calories are showing up in Garmin Connect. Deleted both and reinstalled both, still no communicating. HELP!!
I regularly have this issue -after a day or two it usually starts working again.Checked mine this morning and its working but my weight is not syncing from GC to MFP now.
Started working last night after a e-mail from MFP, now not working again I wish Garmin and MFP could figure all this out, I have so many garmin products and one glitch and the bike computers and fitness collection devices are worthless!!!!!!!!
same thing here. garmin connect shows me as connected to mfp but mfp does not recognize this. when i try to connect mfp through garmin mfp won't allow it to happen.
Maybe check on this link before deleting/reinstalling the MFP connection. It has been off until about 30 minutes ago and currently limited http://connect.garmin.com/en-US/status.
In my case it gets the calories from activity related steps wrong whenever there is a glitch....sometimes corrected by end of day, sometimes not.
