I Phone 6s bluetooth problems

hi

can anyone help with my Bluetooth issues on my iPhone 6s, it was a new phone last week and now I cant get it to pair at all,
previously I had an iPhone 5 and never had any issues with it.
the device I have is a Garmin edge 1000
