Can Garmin Express find Forerunner without ANT?

Someone stole my ANT (along with the laptop it was in), so now I'm trying to get Garmin Express to pair with my Forerunner 310XT directly using the charging cable. No luck as yet. Is there hope?

Never mind, the answer is no

I got a quick response back from Garmin staff that I'll need to replace the ANT stick.
