FIT import files on PC

Hello everyone

can you tell me if you can import files fit ( not created by Garmin devices ) Garmin Training Program . The " import" is allowed only from a Garmin device ....

It depends on the device that created the FIT file but try:

https://tapiriik.com
https://www.fitnesssyncer.com

You would sync from the website that the activity originally was intended. If you're looking for steps, you'll be out of luck.
