Can't unlock maps on SD card on Montana

I've just bought a Montana 650, but can't get my Discoverer card to work. I get the message 'Can't unlock Maps' on bootup.

The Discoverer SD card is an original Garmin card that I have been using on my Edge 800 for some time (i.e. not a download that is locked to the Edge). I can also see the map on Basecamp through both the Edge and the Montana with no problem.

I've tried deleting everything except the .img file on the SD card and a reset on the Montana with no luck.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated as I can't find this on the forum (lot's of people trying to get copies to work!)
