You have no device on Garmin Connect - can't add using Express???

I've tried everything! Sync between Forerunner 25 and Motorola Moto X stopped working. I tried turning Bluetooth on & off. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling Garmin Connect app. Finally I decided to delete the device and add again which has worked in the past. That didn't work either. Today, when syncing via Garmin Express, everything syncs fine (see attached screenshot). But dashboard tells me I have no device connected (second screenshot). Tried multiple syncs, logging off & back on, clearing cache, etc... Nothing worked. Finally reinstalled Express and still no joy. Very frustrated.

    I'm using Garmin Express v 4.1.12.0. Windows 7 Enterprise version 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601.
    Motoroloa Moto X 2nd gen running android 5.1.

    When you deleted the device using what sounds like the Connect Mobile app, it removed the device from Garmin Connect but not from Garmin Express. You will need to delete the device from Garmin Express (How do I delete a fitness device from Garmin Express?) and then add it back.

    If the data is still not syncing after the device is added back to Garmin Express and Garmin Connect, try the troubleshooting in our FAQ What should I do if I am unable to sync my mass storage fitness device using Garmin Express?

    If the issue continues, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.
