Any experience with this? I've been using a walking desk for about eight years. I just moved to VSHR from Fitbit One. Like all wrist based activity monitors, VSHR doesn't detect steps at the walking desk because my hands are on the keyboard and I'm walking slowly. If I stick it in my pocket, it counts steps accurately, but of course no HR. Which is better for activity monitoring and calorie burn, to have it count steps in my pocket or detect the mildly elevated HR from having it on my wrist? I can't have both. Thanks, Margo
