Activities not uploading FR 410

Today I received an update from Gramin which I installed. I did my bike ride came back and now my activities aren't loading to Garmin Connect. This has happened in the past but its been several months I can't recall what steps to take to correct it. Can anyone help. I am also unable to send tomorrows work out to my Garmin watch so its not working both ways.
