Platform API not available?

Hi,
Last week, it sometimes takes hours before other applications (strava, endomondo) are updated. The data from my FR620 is uploaded and visible in the Connect web application. The other applications are using this platform to get updates, normally they are updated in seconds. Today I'm waiting over 5 hours and still nothing is updated. (last week I had this issue before)
