updated data not on app but on website

my vivofit updates and the data is on the website but the app will not update completely, only the daily data is available
  • I find that there can be a time lag for the app to get updated data.

    Do you pull down on the display to update the information on the app? If it doesn't work the first time, wait a couple of minutes and try again.
    You might have to do that on each snapshot.
