2nd Garmin USB ANT Stick that is DOA???

Hi everyone,

I purchased a Garmin USB ANT Stick to connect my bikes power meter and my HRM to Zwift for indoor winter cycling.

Trouble is that the first USB ANT stick I tried to connect to my Macbook Pro running El Capitain was dead on arrival. My computer couldn't find it to save it's life. Tried all USB ports (all of which work perfectly btw) and no go. So Garmin was kind enough to warranty the item and send me a new one. I just received this brand new one and same thing, my computer has no idea it's plugged in. Garmin Express can't add the ANT stick to my computer and I'm out of luck again?????

I have a hard time believing that it's dumb luck that I have two broken ANT sticks? Is there an issue with the newest Mac OS? What's going on?

I have the newest version of Garmin Express 4.1.11.0

Please help.

Try it in bootcamp or another PC running an older version of OSX. If it works then you'll know the problem is Garmin's software, not Garmin's hardware :cool:
