Expand "Splits" Display in Garmin Connect (Modern) for easier viewing

Garmin, please correct this particular faulty and frustrating set up.

there are two issues regarding the "Splits" display "data box" I (and maybe others) would like to see fixed, one is related to horizontal viewing and the other to vertical viewing.

I have double checked 4 browsers just to make sure it's not a browser issue, and they all have the exact same problems (Chrome, Opera, Firefox and Internet Explorer)

1.
Problem: Right now, when I open the splits there is a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the splits data; however, my browser has plenty of space to the right of the data box (spreadsheet format with column and rows) to contain all the parameters I want to see splits on. There is no good reason I can come up with to cut off the data box when when there is more room for it in the browser. I understand that if I make the browser narrower, or view it on a device with a narrow screen, a scroll bar makes sense.

Request: program GC to only activate the horizontal scroll bar when the data box columns don't fit inside the width of the opened browser. Otherwise, have the data box be the width of the opened browser.

2.
Problem: When I go on a long run with more than 16 laps (which happens often) and upload the data to GC, the box displays these laps in "static" fashion. I can see 16 or less laps (rows) displayed in the data box when I fully open the browser on my laptop. If I have more than 16 laps uploaded, I have to scroll the entire browser screen down to see it. The moment I do it, the top row with titles for each column disappears. I don't have them all memorized, shouldn't have to and don't plan on doing so either. As result, if I want to check on the data of let's say lap 23, I have to scroll back to the top to remember what that data means. This is than repeated several times. Frustrating and unnecessary. Currently, there is a vertical scroll bar on the right of the data box, but there is no scroll block or button! Why have a scroll bar (or something that looks like one), but don't make it possible to use it for scrolling?

Request: "freeze" the first row with the parameter names ("Splits", "Time", "Cumulative Time", etc.). That way, when I scroll down the lap rows, I can instantly see what column title the data falls under. Also, activate the vertical scroll bar so I can actually scroll through the data box within Garmin Connect instead of having to use the browser function to scroll up and down the web page.

thanks!
