Personal step record not right

I have a FR620 and also a Vivofit 2. The steps from the Vivofit 2 aren't right as far as the "most steps in a day" record. It has it as 11/1/15 with 15,955 when it should be 11/14/15 with 22,354 (when I look at this day, it's definitely there and uploaded correctly not sure if this is public but here's the link https://connect.garmin.com/modern/daily-summary/watson524/2015-11-14/steps

For running records, I can edit them (1km, 5km, 1 mile etc) but on the steps I can't.

Is this a bug? Is there a way to modify the step record?

thanks!

    I'm having the same problem

I am interested in finding a fix for this issue as I am having the same problem. Garmin connect has my highest step count listed as 10378, but I have on 2 occasions since setting that personal best exceeded that number of steps. First to obtain 10518 and then 2 days later 10620. Neither of these found their way onto the perusal records screen.

I can't think of anything I may have done to cause this, as the steps are auto synced from a Vivosmart HR, thus I am assuming that it might be a bug at the other end. Any help would be appreciated though.
  • Same problem with Garmin Forerunner 25

The personal step record says 8,188, but I logged over 11,000 steps yesterday. I have logged more than 8,188 steps at least 4 times since that record was set - but the record does not update. Would like to find a fix for this, it's rather annoying. I sync my Forerunner with my phone about twice a day - once upon waking up and once after my run/walk.
