Can I undelete an activity

So I was playing with the online connect and deleted a cycle activity from today. The information is still on my Vivosmart HR. Is there a way I can either undelete the activity online, re-sync it, or add it manually?

I found where I could import an activity. I hooked my VSHR to the usb and used the import feature on Connect to get the file again.
