Wrong date syncing my data - vivosmart HR

Hello. My vivosmart hr is configured for today: day 23 month 11 year 2015.
On display of device the day appear correctly but not monday: friday!
When i sync with garmin connect the date go to 23 October 2015 (a Friday)

Mistaken exactly one month and I do not think it can depend on the configuration

This is a bug or my vivosmart is defective?

Another question: Why calories and activity resets to 12.00 and 24.00?

same problem here, If you set the date the month january is not in the list ???????

I ordered a VIVOSMART HR two weeks ago and had the same problem. No problem, today I received a new one WITH THE SAME PROBLEM?

Garmin is not very helpful here and swears it is a problem with me or my computer. I am not a retard. I can read the months on my watch and january is missing! Any ideas????
