I have been using non-zero average power on my head unit (edge 500). Is this figure directly uploaded to Garmin connect and used as average power in the ride summary there? I only ask because in the sidebar it states that 'power avg calc: Uses zeros' and this is not a changeable setting, so seems to be a discrepancy somewhere.
However, my connect numbers are always higher than my strava numbers where they use zeros regardless, so this would seem to make sense.
Just makes the 'power avg calc: Uses zeros' on garmin connect a bit misleading.
