Reports not updating

Uploaded my Saturday run to Connect about 7 hours ago and reports still haven't updated. Not the end of the world, just curious if there are system issues or others with this problem...
  • I am having the same problem. The activity is present in the Activities and Calendar sections but reports refuse to update. Normally it updates quickly.
  • Which reports? I have opened a case with support about the Total Activity Time report. After the maintenance shutdown, the report would show the activity as running even though it was changed to something else. Then my activity of yesterday didn't appear in the report until I synced another activity today.
  • It wasn't showing up in anything but the Total Calories report but it looks like it finally corrected on the most recent reload.
  • Steps report for me

    I've got an issue with the 'Steps' report. For the dates Nov, 10 and 11, the correct number of steps finally appeared a few days later, but they never got updated on the Steps Report (this is when I view the data through the website). On the ios ap, the number of steps never showed for those dates on the Step Details page, nor on the Steps graph (Last 30 days - Steps). Not a big deal, but I have a longish streak (87 days as of the date of the problem) going for Longest Goal Streak under Personal Records.

    Cycling is not showing in reports

    I'm having a similar issue, but it's only affecting activities categorized as "cycling." I can see my last three rides on the activities page, but nothing is showing up in the reporting page. It is showing reports for activities categorized as "strength training" and "running."

    My "Snapshots" pages are not updating. Last reported sync is 11/6/15, even though I've been syncing daily.

    Activity will show up for that day only. Yesterday and all history does not display. I get a notice saying "some of my data could not be downloaded. Pull to refresh." I do, but still keep getting same message, along with "Network Connection Error".

    Not impressed with this new format, since last App performance prior to update was working well.

    How do I get to App to display Snapshot/ History info again???

    issues with sync and calendar reports

    I'm having similar issues. Since the new update/format last week (or 2 weeks ago), my 920xt won't automatically update when I pull down on the screen. It really just does it whenever it wants. May be 5 minutes or 5 hours before it pulls the info in. And the calendar view is only showing my steps activity and cycling but NOT running or swimming. Though, running and swimming info shows up in reports.

    I'm very frustrated with the new version.

    Heart rate reports missing in health stats

    Uploaded my Saturday run to Connect about 7 hours ago and reports still haven't updated. Not the end of the world, just curious if there are system issues or others with this problem...


    The entire heart rate section seems to be missing in the health stats tab. It was a working just a few hours ago, but now there seems to be nothing other than these fields, sleep , weight, calories, calories in/out. Doesn't even say that what the problem is.

    Heart rate reports missing

    It was working fine in the morning. But now the heart rate report section itself is missing in the health stats tab without any indication. There is no sign of it. Don't know what is happening.


    # got it to work.. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Very inconvenient to setup everything again. Please make a robust app Garmin. Big fan of the devices but the app needs a lot of development in the code I guess. Or if maybe Garmin was updating some small stuff in the app, but they should notify the users about it.

    Running and Walking Miles have suddenly become wildly incorrect

    For the first few days after the Connect update, I was also having the problem with my activities either not uploading, or not populating reports like Active Calories. As of yesterday (Nov 17), my activities are populating those reports, but the data in them seems all fouled up. Yesterday I ran intervals for about 4 miles, and while steps from the run seem to have populated the "Today" steps report, my heart rate data registered correctly and total time for the running activity registered correctly, but the total miles for the run was waaaaaay off (like <2 miles). Calories looked more or less right. Then today I went for a 5+ mile walk and that showed even less mileage (<1.25 miles) plus the calories were off (I did not wear my HRM for a walk -- but usually wearing an HRM when walking tends to /lower/ Garmin's estimate of my burn, not increase it).

    I checked on my phone app for connect and the step distance still seems to be populated more or less right. So I'm mystified -- how can the steps be registering, the distance per step be included, but the mileage not be calculated correctly?
