I had considered trying 00:00 as Normal Wake Time to 23:59 as Normal Bed
Not a good idea, I would do it exactly oppositely. If you go to bed at 23:59 and wake up at 00:00, you have slept…
Sorry to bump this thread.
Garmin should allow user to enter the sleep schedule for the benefit of rotating workers.
Just make sure the change propagates to both sides (the watch and Garmin Connect User Settings in Device Settings). It happened to me already once, that I changed it on one side, and it got ovewritten back from the other side when syncing. I just do not remember which side I used.
The pulse OX was not triggered. No Spo2 data recorded.
Check out your settings - I do not know what model you use, but there should be options for Sleep Tracking and All-Day Tracking. Possibly you need to change the setting. Please note that it may increase the power consumption. On some models, you can perhaps set up a hot-key for enabling/disabling the pulse oximetry manually, to control the power consumption better.
Have a look at the Pulse Oximetry FAQ for some more details.
