Network connection error

My garmon vivofit was working perfectly fine and then earlier this week I connected the my fitness app and as of yesterday it stopped tracking on the calendar. Hence the network error and as of this morning I noticed it's not tracking my sleep. Augh! I hope someone can help me, I removed the device from my iPhone and reconnected it, I took my fitness app off and put it back on. I really like this vivofit. I had issues with Fitbit and eventually gave up on it. I don't want to deal with issues again

I had that page last Thursday even though others were getting in.

That's when i tried connect.garmin.com without the /modern at the end and it's been fine ever since for me.

Perhaps, yours is a geographic issue. Does mobile work?

yeah mobile all OK but when I want to go to activities no luck all other options fine

I was getting a "Network connection error" on my Garmin connect app on my Iphone when I tried to access my device settings. I deleted and reinstalled the app and the error was gone. Good luck.

    Sleep and step data

I just tried logging out and back in and that worked. Go to the bottom of the snap shots "more", and then click on "settings" and then "sign out" and sign back in. At first it did not recognize my garmin forerunner 920 but just clicked on next and it all loaded up just fine. Even the data I was missing from the last few days reloaded. I hope this helps someone ;)
