Failing to upload

I have had to pair my vivofit again and it comes up with the below message and keeps failing to upload, what do I need to do fix this. Tried to add screen shot but wont allow me add this jpeg image. I am trying to pair on my mobile app.

"Upload 425 of 3316 bytes. Failed uploading file. reason = 500"
