Hi

When connecting to https://connect.garmin.com/modern/ using firefox, I get the following response (inside the blue border):

    Reinstalled Connect

Amazing - I didn't think deleting and reinstalling the Connect app would do anything, but I gave it a try anyways. And miracle of miracles, it's working perfectly fine now. Immediately before deleting it, it still wasn't syncing properly and was telling me there were network errors. So it was definitely deleting it and reinstalling it that fixed the issues! So glad I gave that a try!

That is what i just did and now it works again.
  • Just a guess but I bet by uninstalling the app, it cleared the cache and that's why it probably worked.

    Arnold,

You should try clearing the cache and restarting your phone.

    Up Yet?

As of a few minutes ago, I still can't get my Vivofit2 to show statistics. It says that it was just synced, but all the info is from Wednesday. Is it up yet after maintenance, anyone know?

    Sync is working now

For me also it was not syncing with my iPad app. Then yesterday it started to sync but it did not show other details. So I logged out of my garmin app and logged in. It started to work again. Now it's syncing.

My S4 hasn't synced with my Vivosmart since 8th Nov. I have deleted & re-installed the app, and restarted the phone to no avail. I ended up reporting it to Garmin Australia last week, but have no resolution yet - IT are still looking into it apparently. It's a bit frustrating as my husband has an S5 with a vivosmart and that is working fine. :( Mine will still update my alarms and other settings but I can't get any activity, step or sleep data since the 8th.

    UPDATE 26/11/15
Apparently my vivosmart was faulty after only 3.5 months of use. A bit disappointing but it was replaced promptly. Thank goodness for warranty, and let's hope this one lasts a bit longer!
