Heart Rate widget on Garmin Connect won't sync.

I bought the vivofit with the heart rate monitor. I've paired it and I can see it working on my vivofit when I have the HRM on. It syncs to my 'Reports' and 'activities' widget. However the heart rate widget on the Garmin connect webpage says "None of your current devices support this feature. Add a new device using Garmin Express." Is anyone else having this issue? I can see my data on the Reports & Activities widget. How do I get the 'Heart Rate' widget to recognize my garmin HRM?

I have the same issue

I am searching for the same answer. I have a Fenix 3 with HRM-run I can't set up this widget. I was thinking that may be I needed USB ANT Stick™, but the HRM-run doesn't appear in the compatible devices.
