Vivosmart HR Not Syncing "Intensity Minutes"

Is anyone else having this problem? It syncs everything else! My tracker says I have 50/150 for the week, but it won't update on the app. Any suggestions?

There seem to be more than usual comments about sync issues today on various devices. I personally haven't really had a problem today though.

I'm having the same problem, I can't figure it out. have to wait till Monday to call support.

Mine syncs but it doesn't reset it in the device, it keeps adding from last week

Could your band's time be wrong? I've seen that really interfere with syncing in the past. Is it set to update from Mobile? It should be.

The time seems to be ok...not sure what else can be.
Where dobi put it tobsync it with the phone?

Did anyone determine anything about this? My VSHR said 336 intensity minutes last week, but Garmin Connect says 306.
