failed active DLC

Hi,

I bought maps for North America and try to download them on my device a nuvi 2445 via the weblinks provided in my account.
But when I do so I get the following message and the process stops:

Failed to activate DLC on unit with UnitID:3853596955

Can somebody please help because I need those maps tomorrow!
