Can see a bike ride on my Garmin Forerunner 910XT but it won't show up in Connect

Hi,

I finished a 7hr bike ride today and tried to upload it to Garmin Connect.

'Transferring Data' showed up on the watch as normal, and I received a 'Sync Complete!' message in Garmin Express, but the ride is not showing up in Garmin Connect.

I can see the activity in my watch history but cannot upload it. I have tried History -> Transfer All but to no avail.

This is the 2nd time I have lost a massive ride on the 910XT. I am currently looking for a replacement bike computer and will be looking for an alternative to Garmin products this time.

Can anyone help me get this ride from the watch onto the computer? Would be much appreciated.

If (and only if) your data was uploaded to your computer you could use the "import" facility on the Activities page to get you data into Connect.

It can be quite hard to find the garmin activities on your computer - this is the file path for a Mac and it will be something equivalent on a pc
