I've been having trouble with my steps showing up in My Challenges! :( I have surpassed my goals every day and my steps are showing in My Dashboard, but not calculating in My Challenges totals? Anyone know how to resolve this?
I've been having trouble with my steps showing up in My Challenges! :( I have surpassed my goals every day and my steps are showing in My Dashboard, but not calculating in My Challenges totals? Anyone know how to resolve this?
My wife and I both have vivo fits and are both having the same problem. Our step show up on the dashboard but not in our challenges. Sure would like to know an answer to this. Looking at other people in my challenge, it seems they are having trouble too because most people aren't zero steps.
