How to post your activities on Facebook and Twitter?

Would be great if somebody could tell me how to post your activities on Facebook and Twitter? Either via the Garmin Connect App on my iPhone or from the Garmin Connect Internet portal?

Really wish I could help you - but I can't!! I am hoping that somebody can.....
There seems to be a little "Export" logo at the bottom of the map after I have downloaded a run, but it is always shadowed out, not bold, so I can't use it!
I really hope that there is somebody out there who can tell me how to share a run simply with FB - at the moment I have to take a photograph of my Garmin Connect screen and then post that!! There has to be an easier way!
