% grade from Garmin edge 800

Is it possible to extract the % grade value of my ride to a graphical presentation, preferably in Garmin Connect or otherwise some other software you can recommend.

Garmin Training Centre allows you to do what you want with grades. Note, however, that GTC is no longer being supported by Garmin (but it still works)
