By the way, it might be a good idea to show 6 heart rate zones in Garmin Connect. Zone 6 is above the maximum heart rate. I discovered it exists.
The upper value of zone 5 is supposed to be my maximum heart rate. But, I could make a mistake entering the value into the receiver (watch). Also, interference could cause incorrect readings.
I actually have been seeing zone 6 numbers this fall. It happens when I wear my warmup top over my regular running shirt. If zone 6 exists in my watch, it should exist in Garmin Connect.
