405CX upload has stopped working

I have a Garmin 405CX that I have used for years with ANT Agent to upload my activities to Connect on my home computer. Sometime after 12 October my activities stopped appearing in Connect, even though ANT Agent says that it has successfully transferred the activity from the 405CX.

Reading other recent posts this seems to be a similar problem that others are having. Can anyone from Garmin help?
