How to restore sleep widget in dashboard?

I accidentally removed the sleep widget in the dashboard. Can not find how to restore it. Pls advise.

Go to the top leftside of the connect page, u see three little bars above your inbox icon.
click on that and a big menu appears, find sleep and hover on the arrow. now a new box appears
where u can click on "Add to Dashboard"
