can 'crossed segments' be refreshed

A cycling buddy and I did a route today that crossed two segments. He has an 810 and I have a 520. Both showed the segment when we entered the area and we both beat our "personal best" record. However when we look at our Dashboard on the Garmin Connect website the ride only indicates that we crossed one segment. The first segment, the one we set our personal best on, is not shown. And in the "Your Segments", it does not show our new times from today 10-26-2015.
Is there a "refresh" function to have the Garmin Connect site re-look at the ride to find all segments crossed?

Here is the ride:

This is the segment we crossed:

On RideWithGPS I can highlight the part of the route in question. It will show me the average speed in that selection and according to it, I had an average of 22.0mph and did the selection is 5 minutes 12 seconds. This should have moved me to second place in the leaderboard.

Update: In my 520, when I go to Menu->Training->Segments->(select the segment)->Leaderboard
    I get this:
    Updated: 20-Oct-15
    Segment Leader
    5:01.36 24.98mph
    Connection
    5:01.36 24.98mph
    Personal Best
    6:05.77 20.58mph
    Last Ride Time
    Yesterday 5:59pm
    5:06.99 24.52mph

So it clearly has the segment recorded in the Edge 520, why does the website not show this?

    solved

Solved the problem. There was no problem, just a lack of understanding. I rode the segment again today and again it recorded three other segments on my route, but not this one. The problem is that the original segment had a stop point that was on the highway. My cycling buddy and I were taking the exit. The segment run on our Garmin's would show we "Finished" the route, but it was not showing the ride in the leaderboard. This is because we were parallel to the stop point by 40 feet. I created a new segment with the stop point on the exit and now our rides show up.
