310XT Won't upload activity

I did a century ride yesterday and when I came home I couldn't get the activity to upload. I figured that there was an issue with Garmin which happens from time to time, so I went to bed and tried again today but it still wouldn't upload. I created a simple sample activity of about two minutes and that wouldn't upload either. I uninstalled Express and reloaded with the most current release. I followed all the set-up steps. The watched synced with express and it uploaded the 2 minute sample activity but it still won't upload the century ride. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried using the "import" from the "Activities Page"? It is possible that the file has been copied to your computer but not synced with Connect. (if you can't find the relevant file , try searching for a .fit file with the date 2015-10-25 if this is the correct date for the original activity upload)

    I got (probaly) the same issue.

    I did a ride on monday and I had no problems at all with uploading it.

    Then I did a run on wednesday and every time I tried to upload it, it says 'Sync error to garmin connect'.
    This error is coming over and over again. I tried a bunch of things to fix it, but nothing helped.

    So, is there a solution (without losing the activity) to fix this problem?
