Garmin connect is a blank screen.

I have a vivofit band, and had to reset my computer back to factory. Now when I downloaded the express, and I sign on to Garmin Connect, all I get is a blank screen. When I click on anything, nothing happens. It all worked good before the reset. Any suggestions? Thanks, Ginny:)

I took the pop up blocker off and I still have a blank screen. I tried uninstalling the garmin express, and re-installing it, and still nothing. Thanks for the reply. Ginny:)

I doubt that Express would be the cause of your issue.

Which browser do you use on what kind of computer?
Start by trying another browser if you have one installed.

Other things to try:
Log out of Connect and log back in.
Clear temporary Internet files (cache)

If none of that works, you probably should call support. I expect they can help you solve your issue quickly.
