Yesterday on a short potter to the park, Garmin recorded 35k whereas two separate mapping results suggested 28k. I have never noticed such a discrepancy before. On the few occasions that I have cross-checked the difference has been less than 2.5%. Any thoughts?
Obviously on my next ride i will check against my buddy's Garmin and a mapping result.
