When I try to Set my vivosmart as Activity Tracker all I get is aspiring icon and nothing happens. I've seen this problem on other forums, but no answers.
Can anyone help?
I had a similar issue a few weeks ago. I called support and they had me delete the device from my app and then re-pair it. It's a bit drastic - shouldn't really be necessary - but it did solve the issue for me.
