No more sleep visibility after SW upgrade, VIVOSMART

Since the latest update got done lost my sleep visibility on my connect ap, anyway to get it back?
Can only see my sleep activity on the web connect site now...

Are you saying that sleep is no longer appearing on your app? You may have to go into the Select menu (four squares in upper right corner) to make sure that Sleep is checked as a Snapshot.

With the new app, sleep activity information is now on the main "My Day" dashboard next to Steps. When you tap it you will see a breakdown for deep sleep, light sleep and awake minutes. There is a graph at the bottom. When you tap Movement, a curved graph appears.

I have the same problem too. It's not that the data is in a different place since the upgrade, it's that the device isn't recording it at all. I've been quite ill since I got my Vivosmart and the sleep function in it is as important to me as the pedometer. Can you fix this please?

Same here, sleep snapshot not available

I do not have the steps or sleep snapshots in the four box menu, I can only see walking, running and cycling. Shall I uninstall and reinstall the app?

The previous version was great. It has also gone back to miles instead of metric, why have I had to reconfigure that?

UPDATE: I have forced a "forget" this device and then paired again and now I have both steps and sleep snapshots again. It was a problem of failed reconfiguration after the software upgrade...
